Andrea Arrigucci
Andrea is the Senior Program Specialist for the School of Hotel, Restaurant and Tourism Management and facilitator of the grant funded Marriott Hospitality Futures Center at New Mexico State University in Las Cruces, NM. Her career has been dedicated to the service of others that includes experience in food and beverage operations and management, rental car operations management and dental administration. In these roles she has focused greatly on customer service and satisfaction standards, employee training and development and operations efficiency. Andrea graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Hotel, Restaurant and Tourism Management from NMSU in 2010 and worked as a professional in the hospitality industry until returning to NMSU to share the importance of higher education and experience in customer service with future generations and industry allies in her current role. She completed her Master of Arts in Communication Studies in May of 2023 also from New Mexico State University.
In addition to the workshops and related instruction through outreach and recruitment, her role has expanded to include hosting our Annual Hospitality and ACES Career Fair every Spring, teaching HRTM 3910: Professional Development each Spring semester and helping to plan our Annual Golf Scramble each Fall.
