Andrea Arrigucci
Andrea is the Senior Program Specialist for the School of Hotel, Restaurant and Tourism Management and facilitator of the grant funded Marriott Hospitality Futures Center at New Mexico State University in Las Cruces, NM. My career has been dedicated to the service of others that includes experience in food and beverage operations and management, rental car operations management and dental administration. In these roles I have focused greatly on customer service and satisfaction standards, employee training and development and operations efficiency. I graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Hotel, Restaurant and Tourism Management from NMSU in 2010 and worked as a professional in the hospitality industry until returning to NMSU to share the importance of higher education and my experience in customer service with future generations and our industry allies in my current role. I completed my Master of Arts in Communication Studies in May of 2023 also from New Mexico State University.
I have expanded my role with the School of HRTM to run our Annual Hospitality and ACES Career Fair and teach HRTM 307: Professional Development each Spring semester.
