Unity in Hospitality is an organization representing students from an array of social and cultural backgrounds and a wealth of unique perspectives and ideas, all with a dedicated passion for Hospitality. Unity in Hospitality is proud of its diversity and believes it provides a competitive advantage in the hospitality industry. Consequently, we work to make the industry aware of the benefits that a diverse workforce provides in a business that caters to the world, while also providing members with the resources needed to boost their success in the industry.

Purpose:

1. To aid in the recruitment, retention and support of minority students in hospitality education.
2. To build and maintain a working relationship between hospitality professionals and students.
3. To prepare students for advancement within the hospitality industry.
