Danielle Young
Chef Danielle Young has taught culinary arts and hospitality management for 10 years at the public school level, where she passed on her knowledge and passion for the foodservice industry to the future bright minds of the industry. During her ten years in public education she assisted her students in running a school catering and restaurant company where students gained first hand knowledge of all aspects working in the foodservice industry. Prior to teaching she worked in foodservice, working every job a restaurant offered and is a proud graduate of NMSUs School of Hotel, Restaurant, Tourism & Management and continued her education completing a Master of Arts in Teaching, Curriculum and Instruction from NMSU in 2013.
