Somang Min

Somang Min is a postdoctoral researcher in the Department of Hotel, Restaurant, and Tourism Management. Min's primary research interests have focused on understanding the impact of technological advances and personalized services on consumer behavior and service marketing in the hospitality and tourism industry. Min has contributed to the field with published research articles in reputable peer-reviewed journals, including Tourism Management and the International Journal of Contemporary Hospitality Management. Before joining NMSU, Min served as an instructor at the University of South Carolina (2017-2023), where she taught hospitality and tourism marketing, introduction to the hospitality industry, and personnel organization and supervision.
